At Coquette, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if a piece doesn't perfectly fit your aesthetic, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all delicate lace, ribbons, and tags are safely tucked inside to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
